We seek a committed, responsible individual willing to work on-site. Required Profile High school diploma (technical training in construction or related fields is desirable). Minimum 1 year of experience in civil works, building construction, or infrastructure. Basic knowledge of construction processes, manual and electric tool handling. Understanding and application of occupational health and safety regulations. Main Responsibilities: Assist in gray structure and finishing activities according to instructions from the site supervisor or foreman. Support activities including painting, plastering, stuccoing, and more. Load, unload, and organize materials. Prepare mixtures and assist in masonry, concrete pouring, and leveling tasks. Maintain order and cleanliness at the worksite. Comply with industrial safety protocols established for the project.
