Job Summary: We are seeking an Internal Maintenance Assistant with experience in repairs, plumbing, tool usage, painting, and gardening to ensure optimal facility operation. Key Highlights: 1. A major Mass Events company is hiring personnel for the Internal Maintenance position. If you have experience in construction repairs, plumbing, use of manual and electric tools, painting, and gardening, this is your opportunity. Position: Internal Maintenance Assistant Salary: $1.705.095 + Non-statutory bonus of $200,000 to $300,000 (depending on experience) + Statutory benefits Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM); this person must reside on company premises. Overnight stay: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday Work Location: Autopista Norte Events Center (with availability to reside on-site) We need someone capable of handling diverse maintenance tasks—from minor repairs to more complex projects. Your ability to work with manual and electric tools will be essential to ensuring all company areas operate optimally. Key Responsibilities: You must be able to perform repairs and maintenance on water and drainage systems. Additionally, your painting experience will help maintain a visually appealing and safe environment. Do not forget that gardening is also part of your responsibilities, as you will contribute to maintaining green spaces.
