Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the quality of gastronomic preparations by following standard recipes and Good Manufacturing Practices to satisfy customers. Key Points: 1. Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices Responsibilities: Ensure the quality of prepared dishes by monitoring adherence to defined standard recipes and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices that guarantee customer satisfaction in accordance with the goals established by the UES. Academic Qualification: High school diploma Experience: At least 1 year of experience performing activities related to the production of gastronomic preparations in large-scale food and beverage establishments, such as restaurant chains, industrial cafeterias, convention centers, event operators, social or corporate clubs, hotels, and/or catering services, among others. Salary: $1,750,905 plus statutory benefits Work Schedule: Rotating shifts from Sunday to Sunday, with one compensatory day per week. This position is based in Girardot – Piscilago Girardot Hotels operated by Colsubsidio.
