




Job Summary: We are seeking an online operations coordinator to lead and supervise the accounting management and processing of high-volume e-commerce transactions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Experience in retail/ecommerce and high-volume financial reconciliation We are seeking an online operations coordinator to lead and supervise the management, processing, and accounting treatment of online channel operations in assigned countries. Ensure accurate reconciliation of collections, efficient management of returns, and control of banking disputes, guaranteeing financial data integrity and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) in a high-volume operation. The ideal candidate is a professionally qualified graduate in public accounting, business administration, industrial engineering, or related fields, with 4 years of experience — including at least 2 years leading teams in large-scale retail/ecommerce companies. Must have managed high-volume e-commerce financial reconciliation, understand how to support a chargeback with a bank, and be proficient in moving data between a payment gateway and an ERP system (SAP), ensuring regional financial statements accurately reflect collection reality. B1 English proficiency is valued; certification in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) is desirable. Certification in process improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma or similar) is desirable. Advanced ERP skills (SAP preferred). Proficiency in payment gateways (PayU, Place to Pay, Worldpay, d.local). Knowledge of file transfers via FTP (WinSCP). Experience managing sales databases.
