The main objective of this position is to perform manual packaging, packing, and palletizing of various product references, ensuring compliance with established quality, food safety, and operational efficiency standards for the shift. Main Responsibilities: Clear the production line before starting the packaging process. Package product references manually or using equipment as specified in established requirements. Label and verify the batch number on each packaged product. Inspect quality attributes of finished products during the process. Complete the corresponding quality and process records. Perform cleaning and disinfection of equipment and workstations in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Identify and participate in risk analysis affecting product food safety. Profile Requirements: Education: High school diploma. Experience: Minimum 6 months of related work experience. Competencies: Attention to detail, teamwork, commitment, and results orientation. Working Conditions: Department: Manufacturing Directorate – Packaging Process Management. Salary: COP 2,225,870 plus statutory benefits. Schedule: Rotating shifts from Sunday to Sunday (44 hours per week) with one compensatory day per week. Work Location: Cajicá, CUNDINAMARCA – NORTH SABANA, Chía, Sopó / Hato Grande Sector, Tocancipá, Zipaquirá, Cogua, and neighboring municipalities. The company provides transportation service routes to Bogotá districts such as: Kennedy, Fontibón, Puente Aranda, San Cristóbal, Santa Fe, Chapinero, Barrios Unidos, Engativá, Suba, Usaquén, and Tunjuelito.
