Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and technically skilled Maintenance Supervisor to operationally manage preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial machinery and leased assets within the food industry sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial machinery. 2. Intervene in critical equipment of industrial kitchens. 3. Administer the procurement and management of spare parts and materials. A company in the food industry is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. We are looking for a technical, organized professional with strong operational management capabilities in the field. Academic Qualifications: Industrial Technician, Electrician, Boilermaker, or Heavy Machinery Maintenance (or related electromechanical maintenance fields). Required Knowledge: Preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial kitchen equipment (steam kettles, stoves, processors, potato peelers). Leased asset maintenance (basic infrastructure). Procurement and supplier management of spare parts. · Geographic Scope and Mobility The incumbent will be responsible for operations at the following locations, adhering to the scheduled visit plan: Main Plant Honda (Tolima) / Guaduas Rotating Operational Base Espinal Prison Espinal (Tolima) Twice per month or as required Girardot Prison Girardot (Cundinamarca) Twice per month or as required Fusagasugá Prison Fusagasugá (Cundinamarca) Once per month or as required External Plant Villeta (Cundinamarca) Once per month or as required Melgar Prison Melgar (Tolima) Once per month or as required Chaparral Prison Chaparral (Tolima) Once per month or as required Main Responsibilities Operational Management: Execute and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance plans for industrial machinery and leased assets. Specialized Maintenance: Intervene in critical equipment such as steam kettles, electrical systems of stoves, motors of processors and potato peelers. Administrative Control: Complete equipment life records, maintenance forms, management reports, and inventory control. Supplies: Identify requirements, obtain quotations, and manage procurement of spare parts and materials necessary for operational continuity. · Contractual Conditions Base Salary: $3,000,000 + transportation allowance + statutory benefits Additional Compensation: Travel allowances for assignments outside the primary base and Ejeca Battalion Contract Type: Project-based employment contract Work Schedule: Sunday to Sunday, with one compensatory day per week on rotating shifts. -Requirements- Minimum Education: University degree / Technical program years of experience Age: between 25 and 50 years Keywords: resident, in-charge, supervisor, deputy manager, responsible person, coordinator, manager, captain
