Position Summary: We are seeking a Technical Maintenance Supervisor who is organized and possesses strong operational management capabilities in the field, for the food sector. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance management of industrial machinery. 2. Intervention on critical equipment in industrial kitchens. 3. Procurement and supplier management for spare parts. A company in the food sector is currently looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. We seek a technically skilled, organized professional with strong operational management capabilities in the field. Academic Qualifications: Industrial Technician, Electrical Technician, Boiler Technician, or Heavy Machinery Maintenance Technician (or related electromechanical maintenance disciplines). Required Knowledge: Preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial kitchen equipment (steam kettles, stoves, processors, potato peelers). Facility maintenance (basic infrastructure). Procurement and supplier management for spare parts. · Geographic Coverage and Mobility The incumbent will be responsible for operations at the following locations, adhering to the scheduled visit plan: Main Plant Honda (Tolima) / Guaduas Rotating Operational Base Espinal Prison Espinal (Tolima) Twice per month or as required Girardot Prison Girardot (Cundinamarca) Twice per month or as required Fusagasugá Prison Fusagasugá (Cundinamarca) Once per month or as required External Plant Villeta (Cundinamarca) Once per month or as required Melgar Prison Melgar (Tolima) Once per month or as required Chaparral Prison Chaparral (Tolima) Once per month or as required Main Responsibilities Operational Management: Execute and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance plans for industrial machinery and facility assets. Specialized Maintenance: Intervene on critical equipment such as steam kettles, electrical systems of stoves, motors of processors, and potato peelers. Administrative Control: Complete equipment life records, maintenance forms, management reports, and inventory control. Supplies: Identify requirements, obtain quotations, and manage procurement of spare parts and materials necessary for operational continuity. · Contractual Conditions Base Salary: $3,000,000 + transportation allowance + statutory benefits Additional Compensation: Per diem payments for travel outside the main base and Ejeca Battalion Contract Type: Project-Based Employment Contract Work Schedule: Sunday to Sunday, with one compensatory day per week on rotating shifts. -Requirements- Minimum Education: University Degree / Technical Program years of experience Age: between 25 and 50 years Keywords: resident, supervisor, deputy manager, responsible person, coordinator, manager, captain
