Coordinate shipments with transportation companies A prominent industrial sector company is currently looking for a Warehouse Operator responsible for supporting goods receiving, storage, order picking, and shipping activities, ensuring warehouse order, inventory control, and on-time delivery. Main Responsibilities: Receive and verify goods from suppliers against invoices. Classify, organize, and place products on shelves. Prepare local and national orders for shipment. Support packaging, repackaging, and product labeling activities. Coordinate shipments with transportation companies. Conduct periodic physical inventories and stock control. Maintain warehouse order, cleanliness, and proper organization. Comply with internal procedures and safety regulations. Requirements: Academic Qualification: High school diploma. Experience: Minimum 6 months in warehousing, logistics, storage, or shipping. Knowledge: Inventory management Order picking Goods receiving and shipping Good storage practices Competencies: Organization and attention to detail Responsibility and commitment Teamwork Proactivity Problem-solving Working Conditions: Salary: COP $1,750,905 + statutory benefits. Contract Type: Fixed-term contract (initially 3 months).
