Position Summary: We are seeking a technician or technologist with experience in piping and pumping station design, expert in AutoCAD and Revit, to produce drawings, perform 3D modeling, and manage technical documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Integrated engineering design using CAD tools (AutoCAD and Revit) 2. 3D modeling and creation of specialized families for infrastructure 3. Management and organization of the drawing library and project technical documents What profile are we looking for? Education: Technician or Technologist in Mechanical, Architectural, or Industrial Drafting, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 2 years of demonstrable experience in the industrial sector (mandatory). Specialization: Specific experience in piping system (piping) and pumping station design. Technical Tools: Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD (2D and 3D). Advanced proficiency in Revit (family creation and 3D modeling). Basic knowledge of BIM management. Your main challenges (Responsibilities): Integrated Design: Produce high-precision engineering drawings (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and civil) using CAD tools. Modeling and Families: Generate 3D models and specialized Revit families for infrastructure projects. Document Control: Lead the management and organization of the drawing library and project technical documents. Quantification: Accurately prepare material take-offs and quantity survey tables (Take-offs). Field Validation: Conduct on-site technical surveys to ensure design alignment with actual site conditions. Competencies we value: Attention to Detail: Millimeter-level precision in drawing delivery.
