Support the company's technology projects We are looking for a **Systems Technologist** responsible for leading the company's technology strategy, ensuring operational continuity of systems, information security, and proper functioning of the technological infrastructure across all operational locations. **Location:** Bogotá **Employment Conditions** * **Contract Type:** Indefinite-term contract * **Salary:** To be agreed upon based on experience * **Benefits:** All statutory benefits * **Work Schedule:** To be communicated during the interview **Main Responsibilities** * Provide technical support to users. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment. * Install and configure software and hardware. * Administer networks, users, and access permissions. * Manage inventory of technological equipment. * Ensure information security. * Perform data backups (backup). * Diagnose and resolve technical failures. * Document incidents and solutions. * Support the company's technology projects. **Requirements:** * Technical or technologist degree in Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity, and device administration. * Experience leading teams (preferred). * Strong analytical ability, leadership, and decision-making skills.
