We are seeking a Java Developer to join our digital tribes to design, develop, and maintain backend services and microservices, ensuring quality, performance, and resilience. **Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and maintain APIs and microservices in Java. * Ensure code quality through unit, integration, and automated testing. * Participate in the design of scalable and secure architectures. * Integrate applications with core banking systems, internal and external services. * Collaborate with front\-end developers, QA, and Product Owners in defining requirements. * Implement and support CI/CD pipelines. * Document and maintain developed solutions following bank standards. #### **Education / Experience / Other Information (include only those that are specific to the role)** * 1\-3 years of backend development experience with Java (8 or higher). * Experience with Spring / Spring Boot. * Solid knowledge of REST/GraphQL APIs. * Experience with relational databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and non-relational databases (MongoDB, Redis). * Proficiency with Git and experience in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). * Knowledge of microservice architecture principles. **Plus/Deseables** * Experience with Docker/Kubernetes, preferably in hybrid environments with Anthos. * Familiarity with AWS cloud and on\-premise environments. * Experience with messaging and event queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ). * Knowledge of application security (OAuth2, JWT, OpenID Connect). * Experience in banking, fintech, or regulated industries.
