Ensure that complex customer business requirements are accuray captured, documented, communicated, and understood by developers, consultants, business and technology management both internally at NICE and by customersLead and develop use/test cases and test data to deliver high quality solution results, and support the customer and internal teams during all customer Acceptance Testing phasesCommunicate and train others on NICE solutions – overall business value and process, as well as detailed features and functionalityContribute overall to the team’s continual improvement process by preparing System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) documents including deliverables checklist, business requirements, design diagram specifications, QA \& UAT test plans, lessons learnedUse best practice methods, quality standards, and guidelines on all project phasesTravels to customer site to conduct work in a professional and organized manneQualifications.
