Today, we seek a strategic role for professionals who understand the city as a living system—where urban management, institutional engagement, and regulatory viability are essential to realizing high-impact real estate projects. **Your Mission** Lead and steer the regional urban management strategy, ensuring coordination of public services, acquisition and administration of enabling permits, and strategic engagement with public entities and local stakeholders. You will be a pivotal figure in guaranteeing the regulatory, urban, environmental, and social viability of our projects—generating sustainable value for the company and the cities where we operate. **What You’ll Do** * Oversee planning and execution of public service schedules for real estate and urban development projects. * Lead environmental management, ensuring compliance with regulations and corporate policies. * Manage and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary team. * Anticipate and mitigate urban, regulatory, and compliance risks that may impact costs, timelines, and deliverables. * Ensure timely validity, management, and renewal of licenses, permits, and urban instruments. * Lead institutional engagement with public entities, local authorities, and key territorial stakeholders. **What We’re Looking For in You** Education* Professional degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree in Urban Planning, Project Management, Urban Development, or related disciplines. Experience* Minimum eight years of experience leading large-scale real estate projects and/or administrative procedures before public, district, and territorial public service entities—including permit and licensing processes. * Proven experience managing relationships with public and private sector entities and leading teams. Key Knowledge* Colombian urban and environmental regulations. * Urban licensing, RPH (Residential Planning Handbook), and public service permits. * Budget management, KPIs, and assessment of urban and regulatory risks.
