Interpret digital plans (AutoCAD) for field coordination At **Betania Colombia S.A.S.**, a company with over 30 years of experience in the development and management of industrial parks, we are seeking a **Topographer** to contribute to the proper design and development of our construction projects. **Purpose of the Position:** To conduct precise topographic surveys and stakeouts to ensure the correct design and development of construction projects. **Main Responsibilities:** * Carry out stakeouts: locate and mark on-site structural elements such as piles, columns, foundations, roads, and channels. * Monitor excavations and backfilling required for project development. * Read and interpret digital drawings (AutoCAD) to perform stakeouts and locate corresponding coordinates on-site. * Report to Engineering regarding preventive maintenance requirements for equipment. **Requirements:** * **Academic Qualification:** Bachelor’s degree in Topographic Engineering, Technology in Georeferenced Topography, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum **3 years of specific experience** in warehouse construction projects with areas of **30.000 m²**. **Knowledge:** * Proficiency in **AutoCAD** and **Civil CAD** software. * Proficiency in **Office 365**. * Familiarity with **BIM 360 platform** is desirable. * Familiarity with **Revit** is desirable. **Working Conditions:** * Contract type: Fixed-term contract * Work location: Funza, Cundinamarca * Working hours: Monday to Saturday * Direct employment with the company.
