That’s living the Gallagher Way. **Description** Develop transition project management plans and manage projects across all phases—planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure—ensuring structured knowledge transfer, adherence to transition phase criteria, and seamless service go-live, thereby guaranteeing effective integration of processes, people, and technology within established timelines. **How You’ll Make an Impact** * Participate in planning and due diligence to understand services to be transitioned, identifying risks and providing recommendations regarding processes, volumes, tools, systems, roles, ANS, and documentation. * Plan, implement, and integrate project management plans, ensuring control over scope, schedule, quality, resources, communications, and risks. * Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of outputs for each project phase. * Guarantee effective knowledge transfer and fulfillment of required prerequisites to enable operations within established timelines. * Coordinate provisioning of access, tools, documentation, and operational readiness. * Manage stakeholders, including preparing status reports and maintaining continuous communication. * Manage project changes, tracking activities, agreements, and transition team tasks. * Monitor transition progress and performance, tracking milestones, issues, and risks, and reporting outcomes to leadership and stakeholders. * Lead change management, supporting training, assistance, and feedback plans, and addressing resistance or challenges. * Coordinate communication and deliverables with operations, technology, quality, HR, process excellence, client, and other involved teams. * Ensure compliance with transition controls and quality standards. * Ensure a smooth ramp-up and backlog management prior to live launch. **About You** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience coordinating projects. * Proficient with tools: Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Project (preferred). * Strong organizational and follow-up skills, communication ability, and capacity to manage multiple concurrent priorities. * Results-oriented, detail-focused, and operationally disciplined. * Postgraduate qualification in Project Management or CAPM or Scrum Master certification. * English B1–B2. * Familiarity with workflow, automation, and process tools.
