We are seeking an On-Site Support Analyst ready to integrate into our mission, with at least 2 years of proven experience in the requested role. Handle incident and request tickets via the client’s portal. Conduct failure analysis, diagnose issues, and propose effective solutions. Thoroughly document root causes and resolutions of handled cases. Meet established service indicators and response time requirements. Ensure an excellent customer service experience. Apply ITIL v3+ or agile methodologies knowledge, as required by the process. Requirements: Technical or technological education in Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience providing on-site technical support. Knowledge of: Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office suite, and ITIL v3+ or similar methodologies.
