**REGIONAL SURVEYOR**

Lead high-precision surveying and geometric control for railway alignment, validate design models (studies and designs), process spatial data, monitor plumb line, setting-out, and stability of special structures, measure and certify quantities of work executed at the construction site for preparation of payment certificates.
**Requirements and Competencies**
* Graduate in Surveying or Topographic Engineering or related disciplines.
* Must hold a professional license issued by the competent authority.
* Minimum six (6) years of professional experience counted from the date of issuance of the professional license.
* Must provide evidence of valid professional registration.
* Minimum two (2) years of certified experience in one of the following roles: surveying specialist or surveying team leader in transportation infrastructure projects.
* Surveying specialist, surveying team leader, or regional surveyor in railway infrastructure projects related to construction, rehabilitation, modernization, maintenance, or preservation of railway corridors.
* Surveying specialist, surveying team leader, or regional surveyor in railway infrastructure projects, whether in construction works, consultancy for feasibility-stage studies and designs, or railway construction supervision.
