Job Summary: This role aims to generate, manage, and maintain the company's digital analytics, ensuring reliable information to evaluate the performance of digital strategies. Key Highlights: 1. Role Objective: To generate, manage, and maintain the company's digital analytics by collecting, organizing, and analyzing data from various channels and tools (e.g., websites, SEO, and analytics platforms), supporting the Datalab team. The purpose of this role is to ensure the availability of reliable, relevant, and up-to-date information that enables evaluation of digital strategy performance, identification of improvement opportunities, and facilitation of data-driven decision-making within the organization. Main Responsibilities: 1. Content Writing and Creation: Research and write content for primary and satellite websites using conversion-oriented copywriting techniques. 2. Basic UX/UI Design: Create and edit landing pages and websites using tools such as WordPress (Gutenberg, Elementor, or others), ensuring usability, accessibility, and optimization according to Marketing needs. 3. Satellite Website Management: Administer the Entre Trámites websites and their corresponding social media accounts. 4. Incident Management: Identify and handle website-related requests via Helpdesk. 5. Content Audits: Conduct periodic reviews to ensure relevance and optimization. 6. Occasional Programming: Use various programming languages supported by AI. 7. User Research: Conduct surveys and analyze metrics to propose continuous improvements. 8. SEO Strategy and Optimization: Implement on-page and off-page techniques to improve search rankings and organic traffic. 9. Technical Collaboration: Work jointly with developers on custom code and with Marketing to align content strategies. 10. Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console. 11. Technical Problem Resolution: Monitor incidents reported by SEO tools. 12.
