Scale Operator – Buenaventura Comfenalco Valle Employment Agency, Buenaventura Regional Office, supporting one of its client companies, is seeking top talent for the position of Weighing Assistant. · Required Profile Academic Qualification: Technician or Technologist in Systems, Port Agent, or Port Logistics. Experience: Minimum six (6) months in similar positions within logistics or port operations. Key Knowledge: Vehicle Weighing Main Responsibilities Weighing Control: Weigh and maintain accurate and relevant records of goods received, produced, and destined for distribution or dispatch. Inventory and Documentation Management: Inspect, formalize, and deconsolidate incoming supplies and merchandise by cross-checking against invoices and other documents; organize, locate, and keep inventory records up to date. Operational Coordination: Schedule, direct, and monitor receiving, dispatching, shipping, recording, and goods control activities according to warehousing systems and applicable regulations. Cargo Operation: Load and unload goods using specialized handling equipment and tools, following manufacturer manuals and hygiene and safety standards. Area Maintenance: Ensure the warehouse and weighing area remains in optimal conditions of order and cleanliness.
