Job Summary: We are seeking a Resident Electrical Site Engineer with leadership skills and experience in electrical projects, responsible for supervising and coordinating project progress and personnel. Comprehensive control and management of electrical construction projects We are currently looking for an Electrical Engineering professional to fill the position of Resident Electrical Site Engineer. We seek a candidate with an excellent attitude, leadership abilities, strong communication skills, and teamwork capability, with a minimum of (2) years of field experience, proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and office productivity tools. Job Requirements: • Educational level: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. • Experience in electrical projects (preferably residential and commercial). • Technical and administrative knowledge. • Personnel management and on-site team leadership. • Construction scheduling and control. • Preparation of construction progress reports (cuts). • Plan review and progress monitoring. • Procurement and material inventory management. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and office productivity tools. Responsibilities: • Scheduling, monitoring, and controlling construction progress. • Supervision, coordination, and management of technical and operational personnel on site. • Preparation of construction progress reports (cuts) and progress reports. • Control and management of project inventory and materials. • Updating of drawings and technical documentation. • Support in procurement management and customer billing. • Adherence to schedules, safety standards, and quality requirements. • Other duties as assigned based on project needs. Working Conditions: • Indefinite-term employment contract. • Salary: To be negotiated according to experience. • Administrative shift, Monday through Saturday. • Location: Cali, Valle del Cauca. • Immediate hiring. -Requirements- Minimum education: University / Professional Degree 1 year of experience
