Job Summary: We are seeking a speech-language pathologist to assess and provide home-based care for acute and chronic patients, delivering care and assistance in their homes. Key Highlights: 1. Professionalism and commitment to patient care Home-Based Medicine and Therapies is a private IPS located in Santander, Valle del Cauca, Bolívar, Atlántico, Boyacá, Bogotá, and Ibagué, focused on providing home-based assistance and care to patients, ensuring continuity in the management of acute and/or chronic diseases for individuals with mobility limitations preventing access to healthcare centers. We are currently seeking a speech-language pathologist to assess and attend to home-based patients enrolled in our acute and chronic care program. Requirements: We seek male and female professionals in speech-language pathology with a minimum of 1 year of experience in this role. Preference will be given to candidates who own a vehicle, are registered in RETHUS, possess an RUT, maintain up-to-date vaccination records (including COVID-19), demonstrate excellent service skills, and are responsible, respectful, and committed to their profession.
