Support preventive maintenance Job Description The Mill Operator will be responsible for the operation and supervision of grinding equipment in production processes, ensuring the quality of plastic material and compliance with safety and efficiency standards. Responsibilities Operate and monitor the functioning of industrial mills. Make adjustments and controls to ensure product quality. Comply with industrial safety regulations and internal procedures. Report equipment failures or anomalies. Keep the work area clean and organized. Support preventive maintenance activities. Requirements Completed high school education. Minimum 1 year of experience operating industrial machinery. Basic knowledge of mechanics and electricity. Availability for rotating shifts. Teamwork and attention to detail.
