Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Civil Engineering intern to assist in the planning, execution, and supervision of construction projects, as well as personnel management. Responsibilities: * Preparing quotations for maintenance and construction work. * Providing on-site support and supervision. * Managing personnel and coordinating on-site activities. * Collaborating with the team on project planning and execution. * Participating in meetings and providing technical support. * And others Requirements: Civil Engineering student in final semesters, eligible for internship or company-university agreement. Skills: * Teamwork and ability to work under pressure. * Effective communication and leadership skills. * Availability to work both on-site and in the office. Compensation: Minimum Legal Monthly Wage (SMLV) $1750905 \+ statutory benefits. Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; Saturday, 7:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Work Location: Production plant, near the first weighbridge on the Medellín–Bogotá highway.
