Support implementation of the environmental strategy within operations, effectively and timely integrating EQ guidelines issued by the corporate office. 2\. Support implementation of the risk, opportunity, and impact management strategy associated with operations. 3\. Support planning and ensure implementation of environmental objectives, programs, and indicators, ensuring their relevance, timely reporting, and continuous improvement. 4\. Support budget structuring for the department, ensuring monitoring, control, and proper execution. 5\. Generate environmental ideas, initiatives, programs, plans, and/or projects aligned with the organization’s strategy, based on priority risks and environmental impacts caused by business operations. 6\. Support planning strategies for implementing environmental best practices, ideas, actions, and/or process improvements—benefiting the organization’s continuous improvement. 7\. Support identification and implementation of actions to improve the organization’s environmental, quality, and social performance. 8\. Coordinate and schedule necessary staff training on priority environmental topics for the organization, thereby raising awareness and reducing the likelihood of operation-related risks materializing. 9\. Develop, organize, and maintain up-to-date documentation, as well as prepare reports and deliverables resulting from EQ implementation and performance. 10\. Perform any other complementary duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements** -------------- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
