The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the design of power distribution, lighting, and control systems, as well as electrical studies, while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and engineering best practices. A solid knowledge of the NEC (National Electrical Code) is required. **Responsibilities:** * Lead and manage the electrical engineering team in the execution of energy projects. * Oversee the design activities for power distribution, lighting, and control systems, as well as electrical studies. * Review and approve drawings and technical documentation, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. * Ensure adherence to project scope, budget, and schedule. * Collaborate with clients, regulatory agencies, and internal teams to achieve project objectives. * Mentor and support the professional development of junior engineers and the assigned team. **Education and Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s degree preferred). * Professional engineering license/registration. * More than 10 years of experience in energy\-related projects. * Full professional proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required to collaborate with international teams and clients. * Proven experience in the design of power distribution, lighting, and control systems, and electrical studies. * Strong knowledge of NEC codes and electrical standards. * Proficiency in ETAP or SKM Power Tools, Dialux, and AutoCAD Electrical.
