Job Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineer to lead personnel performance, design and propose monitoring tools, and manage project documentation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage teams in engineering projects. 2. Manage documentation across all project phases. 3. Ensure compliance with Safety and Environmental Management standards. **We are Accequip**, an engineering company specializing in two main areas: fire protection system installation and assembly of special vehicles. We are currently seeking a **Mechanical Engineer**. **Location:** La Estrella, Antioquia **Salary:** $3\.000\.000 COP or negotiable based on experience **Contract Type:** Indefinite-term contract **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday **Required Profile** A Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineer with a minimum of **2 years of experience**, preferably in the automotive sector. **Main Responsibilities** * Oversee the performance of assigned personnel. * Design and propose tools for monitoring, evaluating, and controlling team work processes. * Prepare reports, consolidate data, and structure documentation to demonstrate tracking of resources, productivity, quality, and project performance. * Administer and manage project documentation across all phases. * Ensure compliance with Industrial Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Management standards. * Coordinate logistics required for proper project execution. **Skills** * Teamwork * Leadership * Commitment * Problem-solving ability Work Location: On-site employment
