Resumes sent in other languages will be automatically disqualified.** ### ***About the Job*** We are looking for a detail\-oriented **Accounting Analyst** to join our Finance team. This role will support day\-to\-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and close processes, working closely with senior accounting leadership in a fast\-paced environment. ### **Responsibilities** * Prepare accurate and timely financial reports in accordance with accounting standards * Support month\-end and year\-end close processes * Reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts * Analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and investigate variances * Maintain organized accounting documentation and financial records * Support audit preparation and compliance requirements * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to improve accounting and financial processes * Ensure adherence to internal controls and accounting policies **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field * 1–3 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, or similar roles * Familiarity with US GAAP and experience in multi\-entity, regulated, or fast\-paced environments preferred * Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and general ledger accounting * Hands\-on experience with reconciliations, financial statements, and close cycles (month\-end / year\-end) * Ability to analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues proactively * Experience with accounting software or ERP systems (Sage preferred); advanced Excel skills required (formulas, pivot tables) * Background in financial services, lending, banking, fintech, public accounting, or high\-growth companies is a plus * Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability for work output * Effective time management with the ability to meet deadlines consistently * Clear written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative, team\-oriented mindset **Benefits** * Completely Remote \- Enjoy the Flexibility of Working from Home * Full\-time Opportunity as an Independent Contractor * USD Salary \+ commissions * Paid Time Off (PTO) Offered
