Ensure all systems and infrastructure remain available at all times. Evaluate application performance to identify potential issues, find solutions, and assist developers in implementing them. Maintain backup and redundancy procedures. Design and maintain scripts to reduce manual work; write custom scripts to increase efficiency and reduce intervention time. Participate in the development of information systems and operational support. Communicate with vendors and other IT personnel as needed for problem resolution. Evaluate current systems and provide technical guidance to IT support staff. Oversee the creation of customized software and hardware requirements. Improve efficiency, plan, and execute system automation as required. Formulate and implement a security mechanism to ensure data security. Guarantee that technological resources are always available. Collaborate with other experts to ensure high-quality outcomes while adhering to organizational policies, procedures, and guidelines. Work Location: On-site employment
