




Job Summary: We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support the chef in food preparation, maintain cleanliness and labeling, and serve members, adhering to quality standards and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). Direct interaction with members during buffet service. A well-recognized city club is seeking a Kitchen Assistant with at least 1 year of experience for its team. Responsibilities: Keep the workstation clean and tidy; assist the cook with assigned kitchen duties; maintain mise en place consistent with the current menu; properly label raw materials; prepare foods (salads, dishes, and breaks specified in the cold kitchen); chop, cut, and disinfect food items (fruits and vegetables); serve members at the buffet; complete quality documentation forms; rotate raw materials according to the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) system; store orders received from the warehouse area; comply with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices); keep food handling certification up to date.
