Job Summary: We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support the chef in food preparation, maintain cleanliness and labeling, and serve members, adhering to quality standards and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). Key Highlights: 1. Key support in food preparation and kitchen tasks. 2. Maintenance of cleanliness, organization, and quality standards in the kitchen. 3. Direct interaction with members during buffet service. A well-recognized city club is seeking a Kitchen Assistant with at least 1 year of experience for its team. Responsibilities: Keep the workstation clean and tidy; assist the cook with assigned kitchen duties; maintain mise en place consistent with the current menu; properly label raw materials; prepare foods (salads, dishes, and breaks specified in the cold kitchen); chop, cut, and disinfect food items (fruits and vegetables); serve members at the buffet; complete quality documentation forms; rotate raw materials according to the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) system; store orders received from the warehouse area; comply with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices); keep food handling certification up to date.
