Job Summary: We are seeking operational staff committed to physically demanding production and material handling tasks, executing loading, unloading, and recording processes. Key Highlights: 1. Requirements to Apply: Primary education Experience: 3 months of experience in highly demanding operational tasks (loading, unloading, warehousing, waste management). Informal experience is accepted. Availability: Full availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night). A motorcycle is required for convenient access to the industrial zone; the company does not provide transportation services. Responsibilities: Execute loading, unloading, and collection processes for recyclable materials (cardboard, plastic, paper). Operate compaction machinery and ensure proper branding protection of waste materials. Maintain storage areas in optimal conditions of order and cleanliness. Accurately record material inflows and outflows for inventory control. Working Conditions: Salary: $1.750.905 + Legal transportation allowance + Statutory surcharges + Statutory benefits. Schedule: Sunday to Sunday, rotating 8-hour shifts (6 a.m.–2 p.m. / 2 p.m.–10 p.m. / 10 p.m.–6 a.m.).
