Job Objective Effectively and promptly resolve escalated requests, ensuring customer satisfaction without compromising the security posture and performance of Endpoint product line. General Responsibilities: Correctly address customer requests Ensure availability for 7x24 customer activities Requirements Education: Technical, Technologist, or Professional degree in Systems, Electronics, Telecommunications, Telematics, or Networks Experience: 3 years of experience managing antivirus tools with Trend Micro Notes: Experience managing endpoint security platforms. The Technologist must have 2 additional years of experience. If no certification is held, a commitment to obtain one upon joining the company is required. Knowledge: Knowledge and hands-on experience with Endpoint Trend Micro (Workload Security + Vision One) Palo Alto (Cortex XDR) Qualys Patch Management Knowledge of operating systems Minimum Certifications: 2 certifications (Endpoint: Symantec, McAfee, Trend, Palo Alto, others) Desirable Certifications: Palo Alto Networks Certified XDR Engineer Palo Alto Networks Certified XDR Analyst Trend SMB Security Essentials (Worry Free) Trend Cloud One Workload Security Special Requirements: Willingness to travel 7x24 availability. -Requirements- Minimum education: University / Professional degree 3 years of experience Keywords: operations, analyst, analyst
