Job Summary: We are seeking a Backend Developer to build features using microservices and REST APIs, ensure quality, and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in high-impact projects with leading clients BACKEND DEVELOPMENT Mandatory Skills: Java + Spring Boot (microservices development), Spring Cloud (basic/intermediate configuration in distributed ecosystems), Python (complementary use in services or scripts), Reactive programming (concepts and basic/intermediate usage), Microservices architecture, SOLID principles and Clean Code, Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB (basic/intermediate querying and modeling), Unit testing (JUnit, Mockito or others), Postman (REST API testing), Docker (basic/intermediate containerization), Kubernetes (basic concepts and deployments), Git (branching workflow, versioning, PRs), Artifactory (artifact management), Gradle (dependency and build management), Static code analysis (SonarQube), AWS knowledge (basic services), DevOps (CI/CD concepts, basic pipeline integration) Desired Skills: Advanced Spring Cloud experience (Config Server, Gateway, etc.), Database query and performance optimization, Best practices in API design (RESTful), Azure DevOps knowledge, Deployment automation (more robust pipelines), Log and monitoring handling (basic observability), Messaging/event systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ or others), Integration testing, API security (JWT, basic OAuth2), Event-driven architecture knowledge Expected Responsibilities (L3): Develop backend features under microservices architecture; Participate in technical solution design with guidance; Build and consume REST APIs; Ensure quality through unit tests and validations; Participate in code reviews and best practices; Support deployments in controlled environments (QA/Dev); Identify and propose technical improvements; Collaborate effectively with team and client; Mentor junior profiles on specific tasks.
