Your Purpose: As a Shell Molding Operator, your mission will be to correctly execute the shell molding process according to production plans, ensuring the quality of each part and complying with the company’s established industrial safety standards. Your Key Responsibilities: Pour molten material into molds to transform molten aluminum into solid parts. Inspect the finish of each part to ensure compliance with quality standards. Clean the mold after each cycle to ensure continuous process quality. Report daily to the coordinator the number of shell-molded parts produced. Support the team during breaks or in cases of absenteeism within the area. Maintain workplace order and cleanliness following the 5S methodology. Join this challenge if: You hold a high school diploma. You have at least 6 months of experience in operational or manufacturing roles. You possess basic knowledge of casting or molding; if not, your willingness to learn counts too! You are a responsible, punctual person committed to quality and workplace safety.
