Job Summary: Suya Confecciones is seeking personnel with experience in industrial machinery operation, proficiency in flat machines, overlock machines, and coverstitch machines, and knowledge of garment assembly. Production-based incentives At Suya Confecciones, we seek candidates with minimum experience operating industrial machinery (flat machine, coverstitch machine, or overlock machine). The ideal candidate must demonstrate proven proficiency in: Flat machine. Overlock machine (with or without safety stitch). Coverstitch machine (for finishing and hems). Garment assembly knowledge. Technical Requirements Education level: Not required. Experience: Technical test or trial required. Skills: Proficiency in modular systems, agility, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team. Working Conditions Contract type: (Fixed-term, indefinite-term, project-based, or hourly). Salary: To be agreed upon + production-based incentives.
