You will serve as a key support in the comprehensive management of the point of sale, coordinating and overseeing operational and commercial processes—especially in the absence of the Store Administrator. You will play a strategic role in implementing visual guidelines, product handling, inventory control, execution of commercial strategies, customer service, and team mentoring—ensuring achievement of store objectives and budget targets. What do we expect from you? Experience leading teams in retail or the fashion industry. Knowledge of operational processes: inventory management, visual merchandising, and commercial management. Ability to coordinate, monitor, and ensure adherence to performance indicators. Strong customer orientation and results-driven mindset. Assertive communication, proactivity, and decision-making capability. Ability to adapt to dynamic and challenging environments.
