




Job Summary: Supports culinary production while maintaining order and hygiene, controlling inventories, and ensuring food safety, thereby contributing to teamwork and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support the preparation and execution of culinary production processes. 2. Maintain order, cleanliness, and inventory control in the kitchen. 3. Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety standards. - Assist in ingredient preparation and setup. - Execute production processes following recipes and established standards. - Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper organization in the kitchen. - Perform inventory control and management of raw materials and supplies. - Complete operational forms, production controls, and required records. - Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety standards. - Assist in receiving, storing, and rotating products.
