Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Visual professional to lead the in-store visual experience, designing and implementing aesthetic and brand-aligned visual guidelines. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the in-store visual experience. 2. Design and implement visual and aesthetic guidelines. 3. Lead and develop the Visual team. INTERIOR DESIGNER: At Only Home, we are looking for a Senior Visual professional to lead the visual experience across our stores, ensuring cohesive, aesthetic, and inspiring spaces aligned with the brand identity. Design and implement visual guidelines (window displays, product exhibitions, and store atmospheres). Execute national in-store campaigns and product launches. Supervise retail points of sale to ensure high visual standards. Lead and develop the Visual team. Coordinate with Marketing and Category teams on product presentation. Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in visual merchandising within retail. Knowledge of display techniques, spatial atmosphere, color theory, lighting, and installation.
