**CALL FOR BIDDING** A Civil Engineer or Transportation and Highway Engineer with postgraduate studies in pavements is required for consulting services in Road Studies and Designs. Minimum of 5 years of experience since the date of issuance of the professional license, and 3 years since obtaining the postgraduate degree. **Main Functions:** * Design and develop pavements that optimize durability, strength, and safety of roads. * Ensure that road infrastructure is suitable for traffic and climatic conditions. **Required Documentation:** Interested candidates must have at least one professional certificate with a postgraduate degree in Pavements related to Consulting or Oversight of road studies and/or designs. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday. **Work Mode:** In-office presence and field visits. Availability to travel. Salary negotiable according to experience. Initial duration of 6 months, subject to extensions.
