Candidates must have two years of experience in laboratories, quality control, industrial processes, manufacturing, or R&D departments. Basic required knowledge: fundamental understanding of materials used in operations (metals, polymers, and coatings); proficiency in using laboratory instruments such as calipers, micrometers, dynamometers, durometers, presses, and other lab equipment; familiarity with industrial safety practices in laboratory environments.
