Job Summary: This position seeks a Construction Inspector to supervise and control construction activities, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and quality standards. Conduct periodic inspections and quality follow-up **Position:** Construction Inspector **City:** Sogamoso **Contract Type:** Project-based or labor contract **Salary:** $2.800.000 + statutory benefits **Academic Qualification:** Technician, technologist, or master builder in construction, civil works, or related fields. **Experience:** Minimum five (5) years of experience in urban development, road, and park construction projects. **Position Objective:** Monitor and control on-site activities to ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality, safety, and the project's established schedule. **Main Responsibilities:** \* Supervise and verify activities carried out in the field. \* Monitor operational staff and contractors. \* Validate compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and construction procedures. \* Report progress, incidents, and site requirements. \* Support material, equipment, and tool control on site. \* Verify compliance with occupational safety and health regulations. \* Conduct periodic inspections and quality follow-up of executed works. \* Assist the site management team in operational coordination of the project. **Desirable Knowledge:** \* Drawing interpretation. \* Construction processes for urban development, roads, and parks. \* Basic construction and occupational safety and health (OSH) regulations. \* Basic use of office software and construction reporting tools.
