The role aims to identify, reduce, and eliminate activities with negative environmental impacts, promoting continuous improvement and environmental responsibility across all company operations. Position: Environmental Professional What is the mission of this position? * Maintain up-to-date and controlled documented information for environmental and energy management systems * Maintain records according to requirements of the Integrated Management System * Collect information for monitoring indicators and targets * Support the Senior Lean TQR HSE Coordinator in: * Scheduling and conducting internal and external audits * Delivering and re-delivering corporate inductions on environmental management * Implementing management system guidelines * Implementing and monitoring corporate environmental management programs * Participating in root cause analyses of nonconformities * Providing advisory services and training on environmental and energy management * Validating and uploading quarterly carbon footprint data * Reviewing and evaluating environmental legal requirements * Performing duties related to the implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of management systems * Other duties related to the implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of environmental and energy management systems deployed within the company. What are we looking for? * Education: Degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Administration, Environmental Sanitation Engineering, or related field * General Experience: Professional with at least one year of demonstrable experience in environmental management systems, proven ability in system implementation and maintenance, handling internal and external audits, identifying environmental aspects and impacts, integrated waste management, and carbon footprint calculation—demonstrating technical skills to integrate management methodologies and propose innovative solutions in corporate sustainability. * Specific Experience: Professional with at least six (6) months of specific experience in management systems compliant with ISO 14001:2015 and/or ISO 50001:2018, demonstrating technical knowledge in implementation, documentation, monitoring, and continual improvement of environmental management systems.
