Explomin Perforaciones S.A.S. requires Drilling Assistants with three (3\) years of experience in this position, including at least one (1\) year working for companies in the mining sector and/or diamond core drilling. Job Mission: Assist the drilling team in executing operational activities related to the drilling process, ensuring equipment preparation and maintenance, as well as optimal conditions for handling tools and consumables. Responsibilities: * Support monitoring the number of drilling runs. * Prepare and install drilling accessories. * Prepare drilling muds and inspect their outflow. * Place, properly organize, and measure samples or core specimens generated during drilling. * Achieve drilling performance consistent with the assigned machine. * Perform other duties assigned either underground or on surface. Knowledge Requirements: * Fluid preparation. * Recognition of drilling spare parts and accessories. * Recognition of parameters and execution of measurements. Salary: Range between $1\.750\.905 and $2\.200\.000, plus transportation allowance, social benefits, bonus payments (per meter drilled, retention, safety and assistance), accommodation, meals, uniform laundering, and round-trip travel expenses to and from home during rest periods. Work Schedule: 12-hour day or night shifts, 14 days worked \* 7 days off. Contract Type: Fixed-term contract.
