This role combines traditional IT systems expertise with hands\-on physical data center work. You will support network hardware, virtualization platforms, and general infrastructure reliability. **Professional Experience** * 3\+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or data center operations * Experience working in colocation or private data center environments **Key Responsibilities** * Support on\-premises data centers * Perform rack mounting and hardware installation (Dell, Cisco equipment) * Assist with VMware administration * Manage Microsoft infrastructure (Active Directory, Windows Server) * Support networking configuration and troubleshooting * Collaborate with cloud and Kubernetes teams when needed **Required Skills** * Windows Server \& Active Directory * VMware administration * Networking fundamentals (routing, switching, firewalls) * Previous experience in physical hardware installation and troubleshooting * Experience with Dell \& Cisco hardware **Nice to Have** * Hybrid cloud exposure * Linux administration * Basic scripting *At Growth Acceleration Partners, we're an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.
