Job Summary: Manage the marketing of internet and fiber optic services by identifying opportunities, acquiring and retaining customers, and providing comprehensive advisory support for business growth. Retain the existing customer base and ensure comprehensive service Job Objective: Manage the marketing of home internet and fiber optic services through business opportunity identification, acquisition of new customers, and retention of the existing customer base, ensuring achievement of established commercial targets. Provide comprehensive advisory support to customers regarding offered services, ensuring appropriate service delivery, effective sales closure, and contribution to the company's market growth and positioning. Education: Technical or technological degree in commercial fields such as sales, marketing, administration, or related disciplines. Experience: Minimum one (1) year in PAP/TAT roles or customer service; proficiency with office software tools is essential. Contract Type: Project-based or labor contract + statutory benefits.
