Human Talent Assistant · General Information Salary: $1.750.905 Contract Type: Project-based or Task-based Contract Job Description Support Human Talent administrative processes, ensuring accurate handling of personnel information, compliance with labor regulations, and timely reporting of updates. Main Responsibilities Process affiliations and updates with EPS, ARL, AFP, and CCF. Support payroll processing. Manage and safeguard personnel information in physical and digital files. Monitor absenteeism and generate reports. Handle disability claim collections with EPS and ARL. Request work equipment, ID card issuance, and deliver medical examination results. Prepare employment certificates and support termination processes. Support recruitment, selection, occupational wellness, and events. Assist the Human Talent Manager and ensure confidentiality of information. Required Profile Technical or Technological degree in Human Talent or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions.
