




Job Description The Accounting Analyst is the person responsible for managing the analysis, monitoring, and reporting of the company's financial, accounting, and tax information through accounting records. Must be a Public Accounting student with at least 6 semesters completed, or a professional with a minimum of 2 years of certified experience in accounting, with knowledge of taxes, payroll, inventories, accounting systems, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word). Objective and Functions * Support the public accountant. * Receive and classify all assigned documents properly numbered (income vouchers, disbursements, purchases, expenses, payroll, checks, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and others). * Handle accrual processes, depreciation, amortization, payroll processing, parafiscal contributions, VAT taxes, withholding at source, ICA, preparation of national and district exogenous reports, bank reconciliations, and account analyses. * Prepare vouchers for accounting transactions. * Verify the accuracy of accounting records in journal entries processed through the accounting software. * Code accounts according to provided information and established guidelines. * Prepare projections, tables, and analyses related to accounting matters. * Analyze various movements within accounting records. * Maintain control over accounts payable. * Maintain control over accounts receivable. * Keep equipment and workplace organized, reporting any anomalies. * Prepare periodic reports on activities performed. * Social Security affiliations * Payroll processing * Generation of payroll updates * Perform any other related tasks assigned.
