A leading home appliance brand is looking for the best White Goods Sales Advisor, who will be responsible for guiding customers about products and closing sales. What do we need from you? * Start your workday with energy, a positive attitude, and a focus on results. Your approach will make a difference in the customer experience and point-of-sale performance. * Build strong relationships with store staff. You will act as the link between the brand and the point-of-sale team, creating synergies that drive sales. * Organize furniture, keep the area clean, and ensure proper product display. Guarantee that every item is powered on, visible, and ready to capture consumer attention. 4\. Check POP materials and prices. 5\. Maintain daily folder and work plan. 6\. Record and report sales and inventory. 7\. Continuously engage with excellent customer service. 8\. Identify and detect customer needs and recommend our products. 9\. Answer questions and overcome objections. 10\. Self-train and train store personnel. 11\. Report news and sales daily. 12\. Collect daily pricing data for the brand and its competitors. 13\. Use the Involves platform during your workday. What profile are we looking for? * We are looking for high school graduates. * At least 1 year of experience in technology sales, preferably in White/Brown Goods and/or Electronics. * Appropriate personal appearance. * Excellent assertive communication, social skills, and appropriate verbal and body expression. * Availability to work Monday through Sunday, with one day off per week. What do we offer? 1\. Salary $1,423,500 2\. Statutory transportation allowance: $200,000 3\. Commissions $350,000 4\. All statutory benefits 5\.
