




**Position:** Administrative Assistant **Legal Requirements:** No criminal record; technical or technological education in administrative assistance or related fields. (File management) (Microsoft Office proficiency: 100%) **Responsibilities:** \- Register, prepare, organize, classify, code, and archive information and correspondence according to document classification and records management system indices. \- Classify, open, and dispatch mail; track and control correspondence—including registration—according to incoming and outgoing schedules, and prepare it for availability. \- Provide service and guidance to internal and external clients regarding organizational matters or issues related to their respective departments. \- Draft and assist departmental staff in transcribing, formatting, and preparing reports and documents of the administrative unit, in accordance with organizational guidelines, instructions, and technical procedures. \- Classify documents for microfilming, operate information capture systems, and provide required documents. \- Photocopy documents for distribution, mailing, and archiving. \- Answer telephone calls using available technical equipment and deliver corresponding messages. \- Perform related duties.
