As a Store Assistant You will be responsible for the proper execution of all store operational processes, including cash handling, warehouse management, customer service, and more. Your mission is to meet Dollarcity’s highest standards so that our customers’ shopping experience is optimal, ensuring proper product display and accurate pricing. What will your day-to-day look like? • You will deliver high-quality service to our customers. • You will maintain control and order in the warehouse area. • You will ensure correct restocking, pricing, and placement of merchandise on the sales floor. • You will safeguard the store by ensuring compliance with image and cleanliness standards. • You will handle and manage cash in the cashier area. What do you need to succeed? • Completed high school education. • Basic computer skills. • Energy, customer-service orientation, and numerical aptitude. • Availability to work rotating shifts and mobility.
