Knowledge of technical regulations and safety standards **Job Objective** Supervise and coordinate the daily technical execution of construction work, ensuring compliance with schedule, quality, technical specifications, and safety standards in industrialized building construction projects. **Essential Requirements** * Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. * Minimum of **5 years of experience as Site Resident** in building construction projects. * Experience in **buildings over 10 stories** (industrialized system). * Knowledge of construction scheduling, quantity control, and contractor management. * Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, and reading structural and architectural blueprints. * Familiarity with current technical and safety regulations.
