**WORKSHOP MANAGER**

Plan and lead comprehensive maintenance of both traction and non-traction rolling stock; manage technical operations and infrastructure of railway workshops; validate critical safety systems and interfaces of rolling stock; audit regulatory and contractual compliance; and issue technical certifications.
**Requirements and Competencies**
* Mechanical, electronic, mechatronic, or related engineering degree
* Valid professional license issued by the competent authority
* Minimum eight (8) years of professional experience, counted from the date of issuance of the professional license
* Minimum six (6) years of certified experience in one or more of the following areas: Coordinator, Workshop Manager, Specialist, Expert, or Professional in railway workshops and/or Expert, Specialist, or Professional in rolling stock
* Additionally, must demonstrate experience as an expert in maintenance of both traction and non-traction rolling stock in projects
